Reto Parolini
As a dedicated and results-oriented HR professional with a career spanning more than 20 years in various HR leadership roles at market-leading companies (national and international), I enable HR departments to align their goals and activities with the corporate strategy and get fit for the diverse challenges of the digital age. Most recently, I was able to realize this as Head HR of the Migros Group, the largest private employer in Switzerland. Several times I was able to transform HR departments with an administrative-operational character into a strategic-conceptual business partner. Thanks to my many years of experience as a handball player and competitive sports coach, I also know the factors that make up a successful team.
I have regularly dealt with solutions to current issues such as HR digitalization, labor shortages, new work, wellbeing or leadership and culture development. In addition, I have regularly attended further training at renowned universities such as INSEAD Fontainebleau, London Business School or the University of St. Gallen and can combine theoretical models with entrepreneurial practice.
